The bustling city surrounds a playa lake in the eastern portion of Odessa. Near passing cars, a walkway loops around the water, trees grow, and ducks eagerly anticipate snippets of bread. The park is known as Buffalo Wallow or Memorial Gardens. It’s a great place for residents to walk in evening hours.
