Basic Editing

Pull the contrast slider down to -100 and then set the tonal curve to strong contrast in Lightroom.

Once set, adjust exposure, and consider using a standard daylight color temperature and matching camera profile.

Color adjust individually with HSL (as little as possible), and color balance using calibration settings.
