Film

It’s the pictures I make with film that I want to print the most. Perhaps it’s the perfect blend of being choosy and patient.

I returned to film in 2010 because it was the last chance to use Kodachrome, and from there, I began to experiment with other color and black-and-white films. I started small, tried medium format, and eventually ended up in large format. People with a local photography club heard that I was using 4x5 and gave me old darkroom equipment. Even today, I’m still trying to find a place to set everything up.
